Standard delivery will take 1-5 working days to reach you. However, once the order is received, we will contact you to give you a more precise timescale. Usually, we will deliver the next day, subject to the date and time of when the order is received and the product.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday for delivery the following day. In the case of Bank Holidays, your order will be processed the next working day and delivered the following working day.
Remote areas: For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available, and delivery can take several days. Saturday delivery is unavailable for these areas. Depending on size and weight, we use DHL or ParcelForce for our deliveries.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer order tracking currently, but this is something we are working on and hope to have available in the future.
If for some reason we are not able to deliver on the date we have given you, we will always try to give you as much notice as is possible and agree on a new date for delivery. If for any reason, we have not yet delivered to you without communicating a delay you can get hold of us by either calling or emailing us using the details at the top of your order acknowledgement.
If you have a specific place you would like the delivery unloaded, or you do not want us to unload without someone being present, please ensure you let us know at the point of order.

If your order value increases, you will need to pay the difference by phone and one of our team will call you to take this payment. If your order value decreases, we will process the refund for you and this will be back in your bank/PayPal account within 3-5 working days.
If you change your mind and wish to return the goods you can. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must inform us of your intention of return within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will then have a further 14 days to return them to us. The goods must be unused and in the original package and be fit for resale. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers.
Should the returned item arrive back to us in a damaged condition, the product will be returned to you and you will responsible for the total cost of that item.
We will not accept returns of perishable products such as (but not limited to) silicones, solvents and fluxes.
If you receive an item that turns out to be faulty or defective, please either give us a call or email us using the contact details at the top of both your order acknowledgment and delivery note. We will look to replace this product as quickly as possible.
If you would to return the product and have it refunded please let us know, and you will be able to either return it yourself to any of our branches or we will arrange for it to be collected.

We can deliver your items right to your door, however if you are not in at the time of delivery we will endeavour to deliver your products to a safe place if stated when the order is place. If there isn't a safe place we will attempt re-delivery the next day.
