A Valor 234643 control knob assembly for the Brazilia F8S. Attached to a spindle on the boiler's control panel, a knob allows for manual control of the appliance's functions. Dependent on the appliance the control knob gives you the ability to change temperature or even decide whether to switch the appliance between heating and hot water.
