The domestic range of Keston wall-mounted gas
condensing boilers covers outputs from 7kW to 44kW
with single boiler units. The C40, as with all Keston
boilers, has an extremely high efficiency performance
of up to 98% (GCV). Despite powerful output the
C40 is designed for wall-mounting.
The C40 also offers ?dual stat? technology as
standard. This enables the boiler to switch between
two temperature settings, depending on the demand
source. Ideal for underfloor and DHW applications.
For larger domestic applications the C40 delivers a
massive 44kW output from a domestic size wall-hung
unit with domestic size flueing to match.
For higher output applications Keston offers a
complete range of commercial heating products
including made-to-order multiple boiler rigs.

HOW IT WORKS
The Keston C40 uses a high-powered combustion blower to deliver a premix of gas
and air to a downward-firing burner in a high-efficiency single pass stainless steel
heat exchanger, made from corrugated cross-flow tube sections. Hot combustion
gases pass across the tubes providing heat to the water system.
A modulating shunt pump, integral to the appliance, will ensure the heat exchanger
receives the correct water flow when firing and operates at optimum efficiency.
Keston boilers are of low mass and low water content giving a rapid response
when there is a call for heat.
The C40?s streamlined design avoids the complications associated with other
condensing boilers. The unit is totally room-sealed and requires no ventilation for
combustion air to the room or compartment in which it is installed. The C40 boilers
are exceptionally easy to install and maintain. They are entirely eco-friendly with
negligible NOx emissions (Class 5 rated) and can save 30% on heating bills.
