Baxi Combi HE Range
At Baxi, we've dedicated more time, energy and resources to developing High Efficiency technology for combination boilers than any other manufacturer. Our engineers have taken the best features of three highly regarded Baxi Combi models - the Baxi Combi Instant 80e, 105e and Instant 105e - and effected a seamless transition to models with a high efficiency SEDBUK B rating.

The Baxi Combi Instant 105 HE - again with the built-in advantage
of recognisable design - is SEDBUK Band B rated and provides
instantaneous hot water at 12.1 litres per minute flow rate (at 35o
temperature rise). It comes complete with a pre-plumbing jig and
wall plate, and delivers a modulating CH output of 11.3kW to 31kW
(condensing). Independent user controls for CH and DHW are
neatly hidden away, along with status indicators for diagnostics
and end user operation. An integral timer is optional, and there are
extensive flue options.

From March 2002 all gas boilers must be 78% efficient or more. We are pleased to say that all of our current range already meet that criteria whilst our new high efficiency range are over 90% efficient
